以作品为核心的创新能力培养课程体系的架构及其实现途径 被引量:3

摘要 深化高等职业院校创新创业教育改革,培养创新型技术技能人才已成为我国高校的共识,作为大国工匠的重要人才来源,高职学生的创新能力培养在培养的系统性、培养课程体系的建构、培养的载体和形式均有很大的改进空间。从创新能力培养有效性出发,构建了基于作品的高职层次创新能力培养课程体系的架构,获得不同环节下作品的表现形式及其实现途径。展现了作品作为创新能力培养的载体,使得抽象的理论知识有了落脚点,将创业能力培养融合到人才培养的整体过程,从创新意识到创新能力养成,再到创新实践,均架构在具体的作品上,有实实在在的培养落脚点。 Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges and cultivating innovative technical and skilled talents have become the consensus of colleges and universities in China. As an important source of talents for craftsmen in big countries,there is a lot of room for improvement in the cultivation system, the construction of the cultivation curriculum system,the carrier and form of cultivation. Starting from the effectiveness of innovation ability training, this paper constructs the framework of Higher Vocational innovation ability training curriculum system based on works,and obtains the forms of works in different links and their realization ways. It shows that works,as the carrier of innovation ability training, make abstract theoretical knowledge have a foothold,and integrate the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability into the overall process of talent training. From innovation awareness to cultivation of innovation ability,and then to innovation practice,they are all constructed on specific works,with a real training foothold.
