摘要
对集装箱正面起重机结构与集装箱正面起重机的装配工艺流程进行分析,找出装配过程中存在的主要难点,提出了相应解决方案,此方案通过特种设备资格认证检验,相关技术要求基本达到设计标准,确保了整机能够安全、快速地进行装配,同时保证产品质量。
This paper analyzes the structure of the container front crane and the assembly process of the container front crane,finds out the main difficulties existing in the assembly process,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.This scheme has passed the qualification inspection of special equipment,and the relevant technical requirements basically meet the design standards,so as to ensure that the whole machine can be assembled safely and quickly,and ensure the product quality.
