摘要
高职院校教学秘书执行力主要包括责任意识、业务能力、服务心态以及创新思维——四个方面,之所以会出现执行能力缺失的现象,主要在于教学秘书主观情绪上的"职业倦怠"及外在因素所导致的岗位"被边缘化"。要想彻底解决这一问题,不断提高教学秘书的执行力,就需要从主客观两个角度做出突破,如此才能为顺利开展教学秘书工作创造良好的环境氛围。
The executive power of teaching secretaries in higher vocational colleges mainly includes sense of responsibility,professional ability, service mentality and innovative thinking. The lack of executive ability is mainly due to the "job burnout" of teaching secretary’s subjective emotions and the "marginalization" of posts caused by external factors. In order to solve this problem thoroughly and improve the executive power of teaching secretary, we need to make a breakthrough from both subjective and objective perspectives, so as to create a good environment for the smooth development of teaching secretary work.
