摘要
海外轨道交通项目综合联调联试是保证项目开通运营的重要环节,文档管理是此过程中极其重要的一项工作。建立一套清晰完整的文件管理程序,并在项目实施过中严格执行保证文档质量,不仅对项目的实施非常必要,而且可为业主方保存一套完整、可追溯的过程文档。以巴基斯坦拉合尔轨道交通橙线工程项目综合联调联试的文档管理为例,总结分析海外项目文档管理过程的常见问题,提出相应对策,并应用基于数据库的文档管理系统进行文档管理,从文档管理的工作重点、难点,以及相应的制度方法及数据库应用方面进行分析阐述。
System verification before operation of overseas rail transit project is an important link to ensure the project operation,and document management is an extremely important work in the process of system verification.To establish a clear and complete document management procedure and strictly implement it during the implementation of the project to ensure the quality of documents is not only necessary for the implementation of the project,but also keeps a complete and traceable process document for the owner.Taking the document management of pre-operation system verification of Pakistan Lahore Rail Transit Orange Line Project as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems in the process of document management of overseas projects,puts forward corresponding countermeasures,and uses the database based document management system for document and file management,and analyzes and elaborates the key points and difficulties of document management,as well as the corresponding system methods and database application.
