摘要
系统分析红水河流域预报预警的实际需求,针对洪水预报问题,首次提出了基于遥感大数据的红水河流域洪水预报技术,构建了基于遥感大数据的红水河流域洪水预报模型,延长了流域洪水预见期,有效提高了洪水预警预报精度,实现洪水实时监测和红水河沿岸淹没敏感点的预报预警,有效降低了红水河沿岸295个淹没敏感点的洪涝灾害损失。
Systematic analysis was made on the actual requirements of Hongshui River basin forecast and alarm.In view of the flood forecast problem,Hongshui River basin flood forecast technology based on remote sensing big data is put forward for the first time.The Hongshui River basin flood forecast model based on remote sensing big data is established with the prediction period extended and the flood forecast accuracy effectively improved.Real-time flood monitoring and alarm for 295 inundation sensitive locations along Hongshui River become available,which ef⁃fectively reduce the losses resulted from flood.
