摘要 针对抛物槽式太阳能集热系统中,支架加工和检测困难的现状,提出一种新的检测方法。通过测量单个槽式支架尺寸,根据测量点节点位移,提出采用最小二乘法拟合标准支架和待测支架的变形曲面数学方程。通过计算两种支架最佳吻合光滑曲面间的法向偏差ρ,确定待测支架变形曲面的法向均方根误差σ,并以标准反射面精度参数作为法向均方根误差的评判标准,以实现支架的快速准确检验。该方法易于理解,编程简单,精度高,为槽式支架的检测和变形分析提供了重要依据。 Regarding the current difficulties in bracket processing and inspection of the parabolic solar trough system,a new detection method is proposed.By measuring the dimensions of a single trough bracket and the node displacement of the measuring point,the mathematical equation for fitting the deformed surface of the standard bracket and the bracket to be tested is put forward based on the least square method.Then,by calculating the normal deviationρbetween the two best-fitting smooth surfaces of the bracket,the normal root-mean-square errorσof the deformed surface of the bracket to be measured is determined.And taking the accuracy parameter of the standard reflection surface as the criterion of the normal root-mean-square error,the fast and accurate inspection of the brackets can be achieved.This method which is easy to understand,simple to program and of high precision,can provide an important basis for the detection and deformation analysis of the trough bracket.
