摘要
在机械加工中,金属切削刀具作为切削加工的直接执行者,其切削状态对整个加工过程的正常、稳定进行具有重要影响,因此,监测其刀具磨损状态对于提高工件的加工质量和机床加工效率具有重要意义。本文综述了基于有限元模型、传感数据以及基于模型和数据融合的三种刀具磨损监测技术的研究现状,分析了当前监测技术的优点与不足,并对刀具磨损监测领域的未来发展趋势进行了探讨。
As the main performer during machining,the cutting condition of metal cutting tools has an important influence on the whole machining process.Therefore,the monitoring of tool wear condition shows a great significance for the machining quality of workpieces and machining efficiency of machine tools.This paper describes the research status of three kinds of tool wear monitoring technologies,which are respectively based on finite element model,sensor data,and fusion of model and data.The advantages and disadvantages of the current tool wear monitoring technologies are analyzed respectively.In addition,the developing trend of tool wear monitoring in the future is discussed.
