摘要
钢箱梁目前在很多大型桥梁跨现有无法封闭施工的道路中经常用到。一般跨径大于40m。通常高架桥有支架现浇预应力砼连续箱梁、预制吊装简支板梁及钢箱梁等不同形式组成。钢箱梁对现状道路通行影响小,但难点在于制作完成后的安装。本人结合多年工作经验,以主线高架上跨沪宁高速段、采用三跨等截面连续钢结构箱梁设计为案例,对钢箱梁拖拉方案及控制的措施进行探讨。
At present,steel box girder is often used in many large bridges which cannot be closed in the construction of the existing road,and the general span is more than 40m.Generally,the viaduct is composed of cast-in-place pre-stressed concrete continuous box girder,prefabricated simply supported slab girder and steel box girder.The steel box girder has little influence on the current road traffic,and the difficulty lies in the installation after the fabrication.Based on many years'working experience,this paper discusses the drag scheme and control measures of steel box girder,taking the design of three-span continuous steel box girder with equal cross-section as an example.
