摘要
目的观察和胃反流康对胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)模型大鼠血清及胃黏膜组织白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)的含量及表达水平的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,即空白组、模型组、对照组及和胃反流康高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组均配制反流液灌胃建立BRG模型,每日1次,连续5周。各给药组自造模第2周开始至造模结束,每日造模结束6 h后灌胃给药,每日1次。和胃反流康高、中、低剂量组分别予和胃反流康54.6、27.3、13.7 g生药/kg灌胃;对照组予多潘立酮片2.78 mg/kg灌胃;空白组、模型组予等容积蒸馏水灌胃。比较各组大鼠血清及胃黏膜组织IL-6、IL-8的含量及表达水平。结果模型组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8含量均高于空白组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高、中、低剂量组及对照组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8含量均低于模型组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高剂量组大鼠血清IL-6含量低于对照组(P<0.05),和胃反流康低剂量组大鼠血清IL-6含量高于对照组(P<0.05),和胃反流康中剂量组大鼠血清IL-6含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。和胃反流康低剂量组大鼠血清IL-8含量高于对照组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高、中剂量组与对照组大鼠血清IL-8含量两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠胃黏膜组织IL-6、IL-8 AOD均高于空白组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高、中、低剂量组及对照组大鼠胃黏膜组织IL-6 AOD均低于模型组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高、中剂量组及对照组大鼠胃黏膜组织IL-8 AOD均低于模型组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高、中剂量组及对照组大鼠胃黏膜组织IL-6、IL-8 AOD均低于和胃反流康低剂量组(P<0.05);和胃反流康高、中剂量组及对照组大鼠胃黏膜组织IL-6、IL-8 AOD两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和胃反流康可显著降低BRG模型大鼠血清及胃黏膜组织IL-6、IL-8含量及表达水平,减轻反�
Objective To observe the effects of Hewei Fanliukang on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in serum and gastric mucosa of rats with bile reflux gastritis(BRG)model.Methods sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group,model group,control group and high,medium and low dose groups of Hewei Fanliukang,with 10 rats in each group.Except the blank group,the other groups were perfused with reflux solution to establish BRG model rats,once a day for 5 weeks.From the second week of modeling to the end of modeling,each group was given drugs by gavage 6 hours after the end of modeling,once a day.The high,medium and low dose groups were given Hewei Fanliukang 54.6,27.3 and 13.7 g drug/kg by gavage respectively.The control group was given Domperidone Tablets 2.78 mg/kg by gavage;the blank group and model group were given equal volume distilled water by gavage.The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in serum and gastric mucosa were compared.Results The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8 in the model group were higher than those in the blank group(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8 in the high,medium and low-dose groups and the control group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-6 in the high-dose group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum IL-6 in the low-dose group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 level between the middle dose group and the control group(P>0.05).The level of serum IL-8 in low-dose group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between high-dose group,middle-dose group and control group(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in gastric mucosa of rats in model group were higher than those in blank group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 in gastric mucosa of rats in high,medium,low dose and control groups were lower than those in model group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 in gastric mucosa of rats in high,medium dose a
