摘要
为解决现有技术对于坚果的优劣检测效率低下和精准度不高问题,提出了基于工业互联网技术的智能检测系统。通过采用传感器技术,工业控制技术实现产线有序运行和自动化管理,云计算技术、人工智能技术实现对坚果优劣的精准检测和快速筛选。实际项目研发表明,该系统模式检测精准度高,无需人工干预,提高生产率。
In order to solve the problems that existing technology has low efficiency and low accuracy in detecting nuts quality,a new intelligent detection system is proposed based on industrial internet.A new system can realize orderly operation and automatic management by using sensor technology and industrial control technology.It also can realize accurate detection and rapid screening of nuts quality by using cloud computing and artificial intelligence.Project development show that the system has highly accurate detection and no manual intervention,which can greatly improve productivity.
