摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)不仅能引起心肌损伤,与之相关的心脏疾病还是病人死亡的首要病因。超声、CT、MRI和PET等影像学检查已用于评估NAFLD病人心脏结构及功能改变,合理利用多种影像技术能多维度、多尺度评价NAFLD病人心肌损伤,有利于早期诊断和评估。综述多种影像技术在NAFLD病人心脏形态结构和功能障碍、心肌能量代谢和微循环障碍、心外膜脂肪组织的诊断方面的应用进展。
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)can cause myocardial injury,and some NAFLD related heart disease is the leading cause of death.Ultrasound,CT,MRI,PET,and other imaging examinations have been used to evaluate the changes of cardiac structure and function in patients with NAFLD.Thus,the application of various imaging techniques enables a multi-dimensional and multi-scale evaluation of NAFLD patients’cardiac injure,providing important information for early treatment and evaluation.This paper reviews the progress of various imaging techniques in the diagnosis of heart morphology and dysfunction,myocardial microcirculation and energy metabolism dysfunction,and anormal lipid in epicardium.
