摘要
为了提出适用工业大麻干茎加工处理的方案,以工业大麻干茎为试验对象,采用碎茎机、麻类干茎打麻机、梳理机等机械的不同组合方案,以含骨率为评价指标,利用方差分析与多重比较方法,对工业大麻干茎加工处理进行试验研究。结果表明,不同组合试验条件下的工业大麻含骨率差异达极显著水平;对于含骨率而言,处理试验碎茎机-麻类干茎打麻机、碎茎机-双滚筒梳理机、麻类干茎打麻机-双滚筒梳理机、碎茎机-麻类干茎打麻机-双滚筒梳理机之间无显著差异,处理试验碎茎机与碎茎机-麻类干茎打麻机、碎茎机-双滚筒梳理机、麻类干茎打麻机-双滚筒梳理机、碎茎机-麻类干茎打麻机-双滚筒梳理机呈极显著差异,处理试验碎茎机与麻类干茎打麻机、双滚筒梳理机呈显著性差异,处理试验麻类干茎打麻机和双滚筒梳理机之间无显著性差异。该研究可为现有工业大麻加工处理工艺及其设备的改进设计提供参考。
In this paper,industrial hemp stalk was taken as the experimental object,different combination schemes of breaking machine,industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine and double roller carding machine were adopted in order to put forward a suitable scheme for processing industrial hemp stalk.Bone content was taken as the evaluation index,and the processing experiment of industrial hemp stalk was carried out by variance analysis and multiple comparison method.The results showed that there was a significant difference in the bone content of industrial hemp under different combinations of test conditions.There was no significant difference among treatment test of breaking machine-industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine,breaking machine-double rollers carding machine,industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine-double rollers carding machine and breaking machine-industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine-double rollers carding machine as for the bone content,while significant difference existed among treatment test breaking machine and treatment test of breaking machine-industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine,breaking machine-double rollers carding machine,industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine-double rollers carding machine and breaking machine-industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine-double rollers carding machine.And treatment test breaking machine and industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine,double rollers carding machine had significant difference,and treatment test of industrial hemp dry stalk scutching machine and double rollers carding machine had no significant difference.This study can provide a reference for the improvement design of processing technology and equipment about existing industrial hemp.
