摘要
目的:针对腹腔镜治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的临床效果进行研究。方法:随机选取某院自2017年7月~2019年7月收治的CSP患者142例,根据不同的医疗方案随机分为实验组和对比组,对比组患者采用常规开腹手术方式进行治疗,实验组患者采用腹腔镜下切除术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和恢复状况。结果:对比组患者的临床治疗效果和术后恢复效果均差于实验组患者,且实验组患者的手术相关指标明显优于对比组患者,差异对比显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的临床效果显著,能够减少手术创伤面积,促进患者恢复,具有重要的推广意义。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscope in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:142 patients with CSP admitted to a hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to different medical schemes.The control group was treated with routine open surgery.and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic resection.The clinical therapeutic effect and recovery status of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effect and recovery effect of the control group were worse than those of the experimental group,and the operation related indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscope in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy is significant,which can reduce the area of surgical trauma and promote the recovery of patients,and has important popularizing significance.
