摘要
针对HXD1系列机车门锁质量问题,文章从其结构及制造工艺等方面进行分析,并对门和门锁的结构和加工工艺方法进行改进。实际装车运行情况表明,改进方案取得了很好的成效。
Aiming at the quality problem of door lock for HX_D1 series locomotive,this paper analyzes its structure and manufacturing technology,and improves the structure and processing technology of door and door lock.The actual loading operation shows that the improved scheme has achieved good results.
