不同复垦年限土壤微生物群落系统变化特征研究:以徐州贾汪矿区为例 被引量:1

Study on Variation Characteristics of Soil Microbial Community System in Different Reclamation Years:Taking Jiawang Mining Area in Xuzhou as an Example

摘要 文章以徐州贾汪矿区6、10、15 a 3个复垦时间段的复垦区及原地貌(CK)均为小麦种植地的0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层的土壤为研究对象,测定3个复垦年限及CK的0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层土壤理化性质和土壤微生物群落特征,并进行相关性分析,得到如下结论:(1)有效磷、阳离子交换量随着复垦时间的增长呈现明显的增长趋势,电导率随着复垦时间的增长呈现明显的降低趋势。(2)古菌中的优势菌为奇古菌门、纳米古菌、广古门菌,细菌的优势菌为变形菌门、酸杆菌门、绿弯菌门。(3)在0~20 cm土层中,古菌门水平的奇古菌门与有效磷呈显著正相关,与电导率呈显著负相关,与速效钾呈负相关。纳米古菌、广古门菌与含水量呈显著负相关,与全氮呈负相关。20~40 cm土层中,纳米古菌与阳离子交换量呈正相关。在细菌门水平与土壤理化性质的关系可以看出在0~20 cm的土层中,酸杆菌门、绿弯菌门与电导率呈正相关,在20~40 cm土层中,酸杆菌门与碱解氮呈显著正相关。总之,在对高潜水位矿区的土壤复垦中,增施以奇古菌门为主的菌肥可提高土壤中有效磷含量。 Taking the soil of 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm soil layer of wheat planting land in the 6 a,10 a,15 a reclaimed area and original landform CK(CK original landform)in Jiawang mining area,Xuzhou as the research object,the soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial community characteristics of the 0~20 cm and 20~40 cm soil layers of 3 reclamation years and CK were measured and the correlation analysis was carried out.The results showed that available phosphorus and cation exchange capacity increase with reclamation time.The growth of the electric conductivity showed an obvious increasing trend,and the conductivity showed an obvious decreasing trend with the increase of the reclamation time.The predominant bacteria in the archaea are the phylum Thaumarchaeota,Nanoarchaeaeota,Euryarchaeota and the predominant bacteria of the bacteria are the phylum Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,and Chloroflexus.At the level of archaea in the 0~20 cm soil layer,Thaumarchaeota has a significant positive correlation with available phosphorus,a significant negative correlation with electrical conductivity,and a negative correlation with available potassium.Nanoarchaeaeota and Euryarchaeota are significantly negatively correlated with water content,and negatively correlated with total nitrogen.In the 20~40 cm soil layer,Nanoarchaeaeota has a positive correlation with the cation exchange capacity.In the relationship between the level of bacteria and the physical and chemical properties of the soil,it can be seen that Acidobacteria and Chloroflex are positively correlated with electrical conductivity in the 0~20 cm soil layer,and in the 20~40 cm soil layer,there is a significant positive correlation between Acidobacteria and alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen.In short,in the soil reclamation of high phreatic level mining areas,adding Thaumarchaeota-based bacterial fertilizer can increase the available phosphorus content in the soil.
