摘要
以小白菜种子为试材,在土壤中添加秸秆或生物炭(WB,秸秆直接炭化形成和BF秸秆炭化时添加5%的FeCl3),研究其对土壤可溶性盐含量、小白菜发芽和幼苗生长的影响,以期减缓大棚土壤中可溶性盐对小白菜发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:添加0.5%和1.0%生物炭WB、0.5%生物炭BF或1.4%和2.9%秸秆显著减小可溶性盐含量。添加2.9%秸秆处理的发芽率显著高于对照(提高38.2%),添加生物炭处理发芽率与对照的无显著差异,且随生物炭添加量的增加先增大后减小。添加1.0%生物炭WB或1.4%和2.9%秸秆促进小白菜幼苗的生长,总生物量增加;生物炭添加量较大(5%)时,最大株高、最大根长、总生物量低于对照。土壤适量添加秸秆或生物炭可以减小盐分含量,促进小白菜发芽和生长。
Taking Chinese cabbcge seeds as experimental materials,straw and biochar(WB,carbonization from straw and BF,5%FeCl3 was added when straw carbonization)was added to the soil,to study their effect on the soluble salt content of soil and the germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage.In order to slow down the effect of the greenhouse soil soluble salt on the germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage.The results showed that the addition of 0.5%and 1.0%WB,0.5%BF,1.4%and 2.9%straw treatments reduced the soluble salt content significantly.The germination rate of adding 2.9%straw treatment was higher than that of the control treatment significantly(increased by 38.2%),and there was no significantly difference between the germination rate of biochar treatments and that of the control treatment.With the biochar addition increased,the germination rate increased first and then decreased.Adding 1.0%WB,1.4%and 2.9%straw treatments promoted the growth of Chinese cabbage seedlings and increased the total biomass.The maximum plant height,maximum root length and total biomass were lower than that of the control treatment when the biochar addition was larger(5%).It can be seen that proper amount addition of straw or biochar to the soil can reduce the salt content and promote the germination and growth of cabbage.
