摘要
滴灌用自清洗网式过滤器是目前国内外应用最广泛的过滤器之一,其水头损失是评价过滤器性能的关键参数。对过滤器的水力性能进行系统研究,分析了80目滤网清水和浑水水头损失的变化规律。通过清水试验,拟合得到了进水流量与水头损失变化的关系式;通过浑水试验,采用单因素分析法对流量相同和含沙量相同条件下的水头损失变化规律进行研究,得到了相应浑水水头损失的计算方法,由此拟合出两种情况下的水头损失计算公式,拟合公式的决定系数均大于0.90。
At present,self⁃cleaning screen filter for drip irrigation is one of the most widely used filters at home and abroad and its head loss is a key parameter for evaluating filter performance.In this paper,the hydraulic performance of the filter was systematically studied and the variation law of the water loss and turbid water head loss of the 80 mesh filter was analyzed.In the clean water test,the relationship between the inflow and the head loss was obtained by fitting.In muddy waters,the variation of head loss under the same flow rate and the same sedi⁃ment concentration was carried out by the single factor analysis method.In the study,the calculation method of the corresponding head loss of the drowning water was obtained and calculated separately and the formula for calculating the head loss in two cases was fitted.In the water and drowning experiments,the data fit degree was greater than 0.90.
