摘要
本文基于药典的基本概念和功能定位,从医疗机构临床实践出发,重点阐述了如何基于药典通则标准和技术指导原则,开展医院药品遴选和精准药学服务。一方面,为医疗机构相关技术程序提供法典依据,拓宽药学管理人员的工作思路;另一方面,外延了药典的功能范围,丰富了其内涵属性。
Based on the basic terminology and function localization in the Pharmacopoeia,and the clinical practice in medical facilities,this paper focuses on the drug selection and precision clinical pharmaceutical care in hospital based on the general principles and technical guidelines of Pharmacopoeia.On the one hand,it provides the code basis for the relevant technical procedures of medical institutions and broadens the thinking of pharmaceutical administrators.On the other hand,it extends the functional scope of Pharmacopoeia and enriches its connotation.
