摘要
在现行建筑抗震鉴定标准中,引入了既有建筑后续使用年限的概念,但并未考虑不同后续使用年限内既有建筑的可变荷载取值的修正。基此,以可变荷载为研究对象,在荷载取值保证率一致的情况下,结合极值Ⅰ型分布及等超越概率原则,推导不同后续使用年限内的既有建筑进行抗震鉴定时的可变荷载取值修正系数;同时,以福建某教学楼为工程实例,对比分析了可变荷载按现行荷载规范取值及按推导出的修正系数取值的鉴定结果。研究结果表明:可变荷载按修正后取值,既有建筑抗震鉴定结果能更加科学、合理地反映结构的真实抗震情况。
In the current standard,the concept of the follow-up service life of existing buildings is introduced,but the modification of the variable load values of existing buildings within different follow-up service years is not considered.Taking variable load as the research object,under the condition of consistent load value guarantee rate,and combining the extreme value type I distribution and the principle of equal probability of transcendence,the variable load value correction factor is derived for seismic appraisal of existing buildings within different subsequent service life.Taking a teaching building in Fujian as an engineering example,a comparison and analysis of the identification results of the variable load according to the current load code and the derived correction coefficient are analyzed.The research results show that:By correcting the value of the variable load,the seismic appraisal results of existing buildings are more scientific and reasonable.It can more truly reflect the earthquake resistance of the structure.
