Objective:To investigate the characteristics of cervical cancer screening results and their correlation with blood glucose and blood lipid. Methods:A total of 4236 patients who completed cervical cancer screening(cervical fluid based cytology test)at our physical examination center from January to December 2019 were selected.A total of 3534 patients with incomplete results of BMI,blood glucose and blood lipid tests were excluded.146 randomly selected positive patients were set as the lesion group, and 148 patients with normal cervical fluid based cytology test were selected as the control group. Results:Among the 3534 patients,506 were TCT positive, and the positive rate was 14.32%.Age can be divided into three groups and cervical liquid based cytology positive rate in middle-aged group and elderly group had statistically significant difference with the young group(P<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant between them(P>0.05).The difference in body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),Triglyceride,HDL and LDL between the lesion group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01),while the difference in total cholesterol was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of cervical cancer screening may be correlated with body mass index, blood glucose and blood lipid.
