摘要
目的分析在腹腔镜胆结石微创手术后实施优质护理的效果。方法选取96例行腹腔镜胆结石微创手术患者作为本次研究对象,按照不同护理措施,将其分为常规组与试验组,每组48例。常规组实施常规护理,试验组实施优质护理,对比两组胆结石患者护理的护理满意度。结果试验组患者护理满意度明显高于常规组,P <0.05;试验组患者伤口恢复时间与住院时间明显短于常规组,P <0.05;试验组患者焦虑评分与抑郁评分明显低于常规组,P <0.05。结论在腹腔镜胆结石微创手术后实施优质护理,不仅能够有效改善患者不良情绪,提高患者对于护理工作的满意度,还能缩短患者住院时间,降低其经济负担。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing after laparoscopic gallstones minimally invasive surgery. Methods Ninety-six cases of laparoscopic gallstones minimally invasive surgery were selected as the study object. According to different nursing measures, they were divided into routine group and experimental group, 48 cases in each group. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group and high-quality nursing was carried out in the experimental group. Compare the satisfaction of two groups of patients with gallstones. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the wound recovery time and hospitalization time of patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the anxiety score and depression score of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing after laparoscopic gallstones minimally invasive surgery can not only effectively improve patients’ bad mood, improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work, but also shorten patients’ hospitalization time and reduce their economic burden.
