摘要
研究了pH值、补糖量、溶氧量和温度等生物量参数对谷氨酸发酵过程中谷氨酸浓度的影响,建立了谷氨酸浓度在线监测系统,并对系统的递阶遗传算法进行了研究。结果表明:pH值为7.2,补糖量为160g/L,往复式摇床转速为220r/min,发酵温度为35℃-42℃-43℃是谷氨酸的最佳发酵条件。系统的递阶遗传算法模型为三层网络结构,输入层为5,输出层为1,最小训练速率为0.3。通过对模型进行预测和仿真试验,试验结果表明该递阶遗传算法模型可以对谷氨酸浓度进行在线监测。
The effects of different biomass parameters such as pH values,carbohydrate supplement amount,dissolved oxygen amount and temperature on glutamate concentration in glutamate fermentation process are studied.The on-line monitoring system of glutamate concentration is established,and the hierarchical genetic algorithm of the system is studied.The results show that the optimum fermentation conditions for glutamate are the pH value of 7.2,the carbohydrate supplement amount of 160 g/L,the reciprocating shaker rotating speed of 220 r/min,the fermentation temperature of 35℃-42℃-43℃.The hierarchical genetic algorithm model of the system is three-layer network structure,the input layer is 5,the output layer is 1,the minimum training rate is 0.3.The forecast and simulation test results show that the hierarchical genetic algorithm model could monitor the glutamate concentration on line.
