摘要
明确噁唑酰草胺和氰氟草酯在水稻中的残留情况及对人体的膳食摄入风险。建立了噁唑酰草胺和氰氟草酯及其代谢物在糙米、稻壳和秸秆中的残留分析方法。在0.02~0.5mg/kg添加水平下,噁唑酰草胺、氰氟草酯及其代谢物在水稻基质中的平均回收率为83%~112%,相对标准偏差为1%~16%。噁唑酰草胺、氰氟草酯及其代谢物在糙米、稻壳和秸秆中的定量限分别为0.02mg/kg、0.05mg/kg和0.05mg/kg。试验结果表明:噁唑酰草胺、氰氟草酯在水稻中残留量均低于我国制定的限量标准。膳食风险评估结果表明:噁唑酰草胺、氰氟草酯在水稻中残留量在可接受范围,不会对我国人体健康产生影响。
For determining the residue of metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl in rice and assessing their health risk,a supervised trial experiment was conducted under different treatment levels(0.02~0.5mg/kg).The average recovery rates of metamifop,cyhalofop-butyl and theirs metabolites in rice ranged from 83% to 112%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranged from 1% to 16%.The limit of quantification(LOQ)in brown rice,rice hulls and paddy plants were 0.02mg/kg,0.05mg/kg and 0.05mg/kg for metamifop,cyhalofop-butyl and theirs metabolites,respectively.The test results showed that the residues of metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl in rice were below the MRL in China.The dietary exposure risk of metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl was also assessed,which results demonstrated that metamifop and cyhalofop-butyl residues in rice would not affect the health of the general population in China.
