摘要
目的探讨人内皮脂肪酶(EL)基因位点(rs2000812、rs2097055、rs2276269)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与肝癌易感性的相关性。方法选取2015—2018年重庆市大足区人民医院收治的经病理诊断为肝癌患者的全血标本120例纳入肝癌组,同期选取无肿瘤疾病、无家族遗传病史的健康体检者血液标本120例纳入健康组,比较两组EL基因位点的SNP分布频率,以及EL基因位点SNP与肝癌易感性的相关性等。结果两组受试者EL基因位点rs2000812、rs2097055及rs2276269 SNP位点分布频率情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,EL rs2097055的TT、CT+CC基因型是影响肝癌发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。EL rs2000812和rs2276269的SNP与肝癌的发生无相关性(P>0.05)。丙肝病毒感染是影响EL rs2097055 CT+CC基因型肝癌发生的影响因素。结论EL基因rs2097055多态性与肝癌的发病具有相关性,且其SNP效果受丙肝病毒感染影响。
Objective To investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)loci on the gene of endothelial lipase(EL)(including rs2000812,rs2097055 and rs2276269)and the susceptibility to hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods A total of 120 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were admitted from 2015 to 2018 were divided into the hepatocellular carcinoma group,at the same time,the other 120 healthy people with no tumor disease,no family history of genetic disease were divided into the healthy group.The distribution frequency of SNP at EL loci and the correlation between SNP at EL loci and hepatocellular carcinoma susceptibility were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of the distribution frequency of EL loci rs2000812,rs2097055 and rs2276269 between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that THE CC and CT+CC genotypes of EL rs2097055 were independent risk factors affecting the incidence of liver cancer(P<0.05).There was no correlation between SNP of EL rs2000812 and rs2276269 and occurrence of liver cancer(P>0.05).Hepatitis C virus infection is an influential factor in the occurrence of EL rs2097055 CT+CC genotype hepatocellular carcinoma.Conclusion The polymorphism of EL rs2097055 is correlated with the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma,and its SNP effect is affected by hepatitis C virus infection.
