摘要 食管癌是原发食管上皮的恶性肿瘤,发病机制复杂。在食管癌中,磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)是参与其中并经常被激活的信号通路之一,其异常激活可促进食管癌的发展。miR-203为小分子非编码RNA,长度为19~22个核苷酸,在多种恶性组织中表达异常。miR-203可通过与靶基因的3′UTR结合,在转录后水平发挥基因调控作用,与肿瘤发展进程密切相关。近年来有文献报道,miR-203可以通过PI3K/AKT通路影响相关基因表达,从而影响食管癌细胞的增殖凋亡、侵袭迁移,与食管癌的发展进程、临床治疗、患者预后有关。 Esophageal cancer is a malignant tumor originating from the esophageal epithelium with complex pathogenesis.In esophageal cancer,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)is one of the signaling pathways involved and often activated,its abnormal activation can promote the development of esophageal cancer.The miR-203 is a small non-coding RNA molecule generally 19-22 nucleotides in length,with abnormal expression in multiple malignant tissues.The miR-203 regulates gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by binding to the 3′UTR of the target gene,which is closely related to the tumor development process.In recent years,many literatures report that miR-203 can influence the expression of related genes through PI3K/AKT pathway,thus affecting the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and migration of esophageal cancer cells,which is related to the progression of esophageal cancer,clinical treatment and prognosis of patients.
