摘要
针灸治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)常针对心脾气虚、湿热内蕴、肾阴不足等不同证型辨证取穴,并根据不同的症状选取针刺结合耳穴贴压、刺血、温针、电针、针药结合等治疗手段,均取得满意疗效,且复发率及不良反应较低。但是仍存在以下不足之处:(1)大部分临床研究的规范程度有所欠缺,对照组设置不够完善,甚至缺少对照组;(2)治疗效果缺乏统一的评级标准,导致有效率统计有一定差异;(3)大部分报道都集中于ADHD的临床疗效观察,实验研究还没有系统展开,且针灸治疗ADHD的具体作用机制尚不明确。今后,需进一步规范临床研究,加强机制探讨,为针灸治疗ADHD提供较为全面的参考。
In terms of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation in acupuncture and moxibustion is often adopted according to different syndromes,such as heart-spleen qi deficiency,dampness-heat accumulation,deficiency of kidney yin.In addition,based on different symptoms,acupuncture combined with ear point sticking,blood pricking,warm needling,electroacupuncture,acupuncture and drug combination are selected,and the curative efficacies have always been satisfactory,and the recurrence rate and adverse reactions are low.However,there are still such following shortcomings:(1) Most of the clinical studies are lack of standardization,the setting of the control group is not perfect,even there is lack of the control group.(2) The lack of a unified rating standard for the treatment effect leads to a certain difference in the effective rate statistics.(3) Most of the reports focus on the observation of clinical efficacy of ADHD,and the experimental research has not been carried out systematically,and the specific mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of ADHD is not clear.In the future,it is necessary to further standardize the clinical research,strengthen the mechanism discussion,and provide a more comprehensive reference for acupuncture in the treatment of ADHD.
