摘要
社区卫生服务能力的提高离不开全科医生的培养,为基层医疗卫生服务机构培养专业素养过硬的全科医学团队,已成为解决城乡医疗资源不均衡,老百姓看病难、看病贵的重要方法之一。针对社区全科医生的特点和多岗位特征,社区医疗机构要加强对全科医生的自身建设。而目前社区全科医生存在任职方向的多样性,全科医生培训并不对接到社区卫生服务中心各岗位的具体能力要求,以及缺乏相应的社区全科医生综合能力评估体系。马陆社区近年来注重人才队伍的培养,不断加强人才队伍建设,制定了相应的对策。
The improvement of community health service ability can not be separated from the cultivation of general practitioners,to develop a professional general practice team for primary health care services,has become one of the important means to solve the imbalance of medical resources in urban and rural areas,the difficulty of common people to see a doctor and the expensive to see a doctor.According to the characteristics of community general practitioners and multi-post characteristics,community medical institutions should strengthen their own construction.At present,community general practitioners have a variety of directions,general practitioner training does not meet specific competency requirements for posts in community health service centres,as well as the lack of corresponding comprehensive ability assessment system for community general practitioners.In recent years,Malu community has paid attention to the cultivation of talent team,strengthened the construction of talent team and formulated corresponding countermeasures.
