摘要
分析了高值医用耗材“带量采购”政策从利益集团形成期到博弈期的全过程,剖析各利益集团结构特征、政策诉求与互动机制,对政策变化后的利益团体博弈及结果进行预测,分析利益团体间的矛盾点,提出矛盾调和的思考与建议。
This study analyzes the high value medical consumables“bring purchasing”policy from the interest group formation,to the whole process of the game period and analyze the demands of various interest groups structure characteristics,policy and the interactive mechanism,interest groups after the game the policy change and the expected results,analysis of the contradictions between the interest groups,contradiction between harmonic thinking and Suggestions are put forward.
