摘要
在信息化时代下,大学生的思想意识呈现出多元、多样、多变的特征,互联网+时代对高校学生管理工作带来了不小挑战。在复杂的时代背景下,高校学生管理工作如何服务学生的成长过程、提升其自我管理能力,是高校教育工作者面临的一个重大课题。本文从新时期大学生的特点出发,探讨线上线下相融合的高校学生管理模式的应用方式。
In the information age,college students’ideological consciousness is multivariant,diverse,and changeable.The Internet+era has brought great challenges to the management of college students.Under the complex background of The Times,how to serve the growing process of students and improve their self-management ability is a major issue faced by university educators.Based on the characteristics of college students in the new era,this paper discusses the application of online and off line student management mode in colleges and universities.
