摘要
近年随着卫星产业的不断发展,保险公司承保的在轨卫星数量逐渐增多,但卫星风险研究未有相应的发展。鉴于空间辐射环境是造成卫星在轨故障的主要原因之一,本文基于空间辐射环境因素(主要是空间高能带电粒子),分析了卫星轨道、空间天气及抗辐射设计对卫星在轨风险的影响,对卫星在轨保险核保提出了针对性的建议,为航天保险提供技术支持。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the satellite industry,the number of in-orbit satellites insured by insurance companies has gradually increased,but satellite risk research has not developed accordingly.In view of the fact that space radiation environment is one of the main causes of satellite orbit failures this paper analyzes the inf luence of satellite orbit,space weather and anti-radiation design on the risk of on–orbit satellite based on the space radiation environment factors(mainly high-energy charged particles in space).Finally targeted suggestions on the underwriting of on-orbit satellite insurance are put forward for insurance companies to provide technical support for aerospace insurance.
