磁阻式旋转变压器快速检测装置的设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 根据磁阻式旋转变压器输出信号随转子齿旋转做周期性变化,提出磁阻式旋转变压器快速检测筛选步骤方法,设计其快速检测装置及其PLC上位机控制-伺服驱动系统方案。对磁阻式旋转变压器进行快速检测筛选试验,与分度转台检测结果相比,快速检测效率显著提高,并可准确检测剩余电压、相位移、最大输出电压。 Based on the periodicity theory of resolver’s exporting signal,a highly efficiency testing method was advanced in this paper.A rapid detection device was designed and a control project of PLC-servo system was matched on it.In order to measure the performance of rapid detection device,a series of experiments was carried out.And comparing to the division rotary table variable reluctance resolver,the designed detection device was more efficiency and able to measure the residual voltage,phase position,maximal voltage.
