摘要
本文建立“互联网+医疗健康”下医患委托代理模型,对新形势下医患间信息不对称带来效率缺失问题的缓解进行探究。研究发现,将互联网平台患者评分等显性信息与诊疗质量等医生私人信息相结合,综合两方面对互联网诊疗服务进行定价能够有效激励医生提升诊疗服务质量并改进患者诊疗所获福利。
This paper establishes a model o f doctor patient trust agency under the Internet plus medical health,and explores the mitigation o f the problem o f efficiency loss between doctors and patients under the new situation.It is found that the combination o f explicit information such as patient score on Internet platform and doctor's personal information such as diagnosis and treatment quality can effectively motivate doctors to improve the quality o f diagnosis and treatment service and improve the welfare o f patients.
