摘要
顶板和煤层拥有极高的硬度是综放工作面中的一大特征。在进行综放采掘工作时要求煤层必须具备相应的硬度,因为硬度较高的煤层在塌落期间不会变得太小,预防落放问题的出现。而顶板拥有较高的硬度,便可有效预防在采掘期间出现塌陷问题,可以在采空区域中构成面积较大的悬顶,在出现塌落问题时对采掘区域带来冲击载荷,严重时顶板还经常出现台阶沉降的问题,进而给回采工作的安全性带来影响。
The extremely high hardness of roof and coal seam is a major feature in fully mechanized top-coal caving face.In the process of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining,it is required that the coal seam must have the corresponding hardness,because the coal seam with higher hardness will not become too small during the collapse,so as to prevent the occurrence of caving problems.The roof with high hardness can effectively prevent the collapse during mining,and can form a large suspended roof in the mined-out area.When the collapse occurs,it will bring impact load to the mining area.In severe cases,the roof often has the problem of step settlement,which will affect the safety of mining work.
