摘要
聚酰亚胺薄膜的用途非常的广泛被人称为"黄金薄膜",聚酰亚胺薄膜可用作耐高温的隔热材料,作为高温环境下的胶粘剂、分离膜、光刻胶、介电缓冲层、液晶取向剂、电光材料等,大多数用于电机的槽绝缘及电缆线包材料,透明的聚酰亚胺薄膜可以在柔性印制电路板基材和各种耐高温电机电器绝缘材料这些地方起到作用,聚酰亚胺薄膜可作为高耐温、放射性的材料和防火防弹等用途广泛。它还可以作为先进复合材料的基体树脂,可用于航天、航空飞行器结构或功能部件,以及火箭、导弹等的零部件,是非常耐高温的结构材料。
Polyimide film is widely used,which is called"golden film".Polyimide film can be used as heat insulation material with high temperature resistance.It is used as adhesive,separation film,photoresist,dielectric buffer layer,liquid crystal alignment agent and electro-optic material in high temperature environment.Most of them are used for slot insulation and cable wrapping material of motor.Transparent polyimide film can play a role in flexible printed circuit board substrate and various high temperature-resistant electrical and electrical insulation materials.It can also be used as the matrix resin of advanced composite materials,and can be used in aerospace,aircraft structures or functional parts,as well as rocket,missile and other parts.It is a very high temperature resistant structural material.
