摘要
针对传统涤棉针织物染色生产流程长、用水量大、能耗高等问题,文中采用新型耐电解质碱性分散染料与特殊活性基活性染料,开发分散染料与活性染料同浴染色工艺。结果表明,分散染料与活性染料同浴染色织物布面效果良好、色光稳定,具有良好的匹差、缸差;耐水洗色牢度达到3~4级,耐干摩擦色牢度4~5级,耐湿摩擦牢度3级以上;此外该工艺具有显著的节水、节时及降低污染物排放的效果,与传统工艺相比,可节水30.0%、节时41.7%,碱用量降低85.0%。
Aiming at the problems of traditional polyester and cotton knitted fabric in the dyeing process,such as long production process,large water consumption and high energy consumption,this paper developed one bath dyeing process of disperse and reactive dyes with new alkali resistant electrolyte disperse dyes and special reactive base reactive dyes.The results show that the cloth surface effect is good,the color and light stability is stable with good lot color difference and vat difference.Washing fastness reaches level 3~4,dry rubbing fastness level reaches4~5,and wet rubbing fastness reaches level 3 at least.In addition,this process has significant effect on water and time saving and pollutant emission reduction.Compared to the traditional process,it can save water by 30.0%,time by 41.7%and alkali consumption by 85.0%.
