摘要
使用常用陶瓷原料钾长石、钠长石、烧滑石、方解石、氧化锌高岭土、氧化铝,并引入少量熔块,制备一种6°丝滑高耐磨仿古保护釉,探究随着BaO含量增多,析出晶体钡冰长石(K_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)Al_(1.42)Si_(2.58)O_8)增多,对光泽度,摩擦系数,耐磨性能,硬度,防污性能的影响。采用XRD、SEM、耐磨仪、光度计、硬度仪进行测试与表征。结果证明,随着BaO含量增多,釉面光泽度和防污性能下降,但其耐磨度、硬度得到优化;但BaO含量为8.51%时,釉面效果丝滑,光泽度为6°,其耐磨度可达到4级,硬度5级。
Using common ceramic raw materials such as potassium feldspar,albite,burnt talc,calcite,zinc oxide,kaolin,alumina,and introduce a small amount of frit,a kind of 6°silky high wear-resistant protecting glaze was prepared.The effects of crystalline(K0.6Ba0.4Al1.42Si2.58O8)on gloss,friction coefficient,wear resistance,hardness and antifouling performance were investigated by increasing BaO content.The glaze was tested and characterized by XRD,SEM,wear tester and glose meter.The results show that with the increase of BaO content,the glaze gloss decreased,wear resistance increased,hardness increased.When the content of BaO is 8.51%,the glaze surface very smooth,luster is 6,the wear resistance can reach grade 4 and the hardness reaches grade 5.
