摘要
目的探讨单纯性牙周治疗和牙周正畸联合治疗牙周病的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2020年6月张家港市中医医院凤凰分院收治的60例牙周病患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用单纯性牙周治疗,观察组采用牙周正畸联合治疗,对比两组患者的牙周指数、牙槽骨密度、牙冠长度及牙根长度变化情况。结果经比较,治疗后观察组的牙龈指数(GI)、附着丧失(CAL)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)及牙周探诊深度(PD)值均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组牙槽嵴顶及根尖区的密度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的牙冠长度长于治疗前,且观察组长于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者牙根长度治疗前后及组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对牙周病患者,单纯性牙周治疗和牙周正畸联合治疗均可起到治疗效果,但后者能够改善患者牙周功能,降低牙槽骨密度,增加牙冠长度,但未增加牙根长度,临床使用价值更显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of simple periodontal therapy and periodontal orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with periodontal disease admitted to Phoenix Branch of Zhangjiagang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random lottery,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with simple periodontal treatment,and the observation group was treated with combined periodontal orthodontic treatment.The periodontal index,alveolar bone mineral density,crown length and root length were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gingival index(GI),attachment loss(CAL),gingival bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and periodontal probing depth(PD)values of the observation group were lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the density of alveolar crest and apical area of the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the density of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)The crown length was longer than that before treatment,and the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the root length between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with periodontal disease,simple periodontal treatment and combined periodontal orthodontic treatment can play a therapeutic effect,but the latter can improve periodontal function,reduce alveolar bone density,increase crown length,but not increase the length of root,clinical use value is more significant.
