摘要
伴随社会经济水平的提高,人民对美好生活需求已由物质层面逐步转向精神文化层面,大众对身心健康的追求促使体育消费市场蓬勃发展。该文依据体育培训市场特征,通过对健身街舞培训产业需求侧、供给侧进行理论分析,提出以消费者需求为导向,促进健身街舞培训课程质量提高,完善体育培训产业人力资源管理体系的价值提升路径。
With the development of economy,the people’s demands for a good life are gradually turned to aspects of spiritual culture.The pursuit of both physical and mental health has flourished sports consumption markets.According to the characteristics of sports training market,through theoretical analysis on supply side and demand side of fitness street dance,the article put forward value promotion path,which was oriented by consumer demand,to improve training qualities of fitness street dance and update human resource management system of sports training industry.
