摘要
目的:研究超声乳化联合小梁切除术对青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果。方法:抽取2018年1月~2018年12月在本院就诊的青光眼合并白内障患者共计90例。使用随机数表法将患者分为A、B两组,A组患者实施小梁切除术治疗,B组患者实施超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:术后半年和1年,B组患者眼压水平低于A组,视力水平高于A组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);B组患者术后并发症发生率低于A组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化联合小梁切除术对青光眼合并白内障具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective:Study the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy on glaucoma with cataract.Methods:A total of 90 patients with glaucoma and cataract who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups A and B using a random number table.Patients in group A were treated with trabeculectomy,and patients in group B were treated with phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Six months and one year after the operation,the intraocular pressure level of the patients in group B was lower than that of group A,and the visual acuity level was higher than that of group A.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that of group A,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy has a good therapeutic effect on glaucoma complicated with cataract.
