摘要
目前神经阻滞中超声技术的应用率不断提升,采用超声联合神经刺激仪实施周围神经阻滞得到临床麻醉工作者的认可,可取得更为准确的神经阻滞定位,提升阻滞成功率,缩短阻滞用时,同时联合应用还可使神经阻滞安全性提高,将神经损伤风险降低,减少并发症的发生。因此临床工作中麻醉工作者需要进一步开展相应研究,总结论证超声与神经刺激仪联合应用在周围神经阻滞中的应用效果,相信周围神经阻滞的安全性与有效性能够得到明显提升。
The nerve block in the utility ratio of ultrasonic technology,the ultrasonic joint nerve stimulator implement peripheral nerve block recognised by the clinical anesthesia workers,can obtain more accurate nerve block positioning,improve block success rate,shorten block unavailable,joint application but also can make the nerve block increased security,the nerve injury risk is reduced,to reduce the occurrence of complications.Therefore,in clinical work,anesthesiologists need to further carry out corresponding research,summarize and demonstrate the application effect of combined application of ultrasound and nerve stimulator in peripheral nerve block,and believe that the safety and effectiveness of peripheral nerve block can be significantly improved.
