辛置煤矿2-208工作面掘进巷道矿压观测研究

摘要 以辛置煤矿2-208工作面掘进巷道为工程背景,在围岩及煤样力学性质、矿物组成、构造特征分析及矿压观测的基础上,着重分析了锚杆受力、顶板离层等相关数据,旨在研究特定坚硬顶板条件下掘进巷道的矿压显现规律。根据实验室试验、现场观测并结合理论分析,明确了2-208工作面掘进巷道坚硬难冒顶板的特性,并在此基础上对该巷道进行了矿压观测。观测结果表明,锚杆受力与推进度成正比,锚杆受力增量最大为8 kN,远小于锚杆额定锚固力,顶板离层变化值最大为3 mm,顶板较稳定。 Taking the driving roadway of 2-208 working face in Xinzhi Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on the analysis of mechanical properties,mineral composition,structural characteristics and mine pressure observation of surrounding rock and coal samples,this paper emphatically analyzed the relevant data of bolt stress and roof separation,aiming to study the mine pressure behavior law of driving roadway under specific hard roof conditions.According to the laboratory test,field observation and theoretical analysis,the characteristics of hard and hard roof falling in driving roadway of 2-208 working face were clarified,and on this basis,the mine pressure observation of the roadway was carried out.The observation results showed that the bolt force was directly proportional to the advance degree.The maximum stress increment of the bolt was 8 kN,which was far less than the rated anchoring force of the bolt.The maximum variation of roof separation was 3 mm,and the roof was relatively stable.
