摘要
2018年以来,非洲猪瘟叠加生猪产业周期影响,我国的生猪市场价格剧烈波动,生猪价格不断刷新上限,贵州省作为我国西南地区经济欠发达省份之一,生猪产业更为明显。贵州省2015年开展生猪价格保险试点以来,取得了良好的成绩,但同时也遇到了一些问题。文章以此为出发点,梳理贵州省生猪价格保险的发展脉络,理清贵州省生猪目标价格保险的优势和困境,对贵州省生猪价格保险发展进行了分阶段探讨,最后针对贵州省实际情况从养殖户、保险机构和政府3个方面提出相应的解决对策和合理化建议。
Since 2018,African swine fever has been superimposed on the impact of pig industry cycle.China's live pig market price fluctuates violently,and the pig price constantly refreshes the upper limit.As one of the economically underdeveloped provinces in Southwest China,the impact on pig industry is more obvious in Guizhou Province.Since the pilot project of live pig price insurance was carried out in Guizhou Province in 2015,good results have been achieved,but at the same time,some problems have been encountered.Taking this as a starting point,this paper combs the development of live pig price insurance in Guizhou Province,clarifies the advantages and difficulties of live pig price insurance in Guizhou Province,and discusses the development of pig price insurance in Guizhou Province in stages.Finally,according to the actual situation of Guizhou Province,the corresponding countermeasures and reasonable suggestions are put forward from three aspects of farmers,insurance institutions and government.
