摘要
目的探讨基于5G网络技术支持的无接触视频模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称“新冠肺炎”)疫情常态化防控形势下ICU探视管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月1日至2020年7月31日收治于福建省立医院重症医学科762例患者及732名家属作为研究对象。2019年11月1日至2020年1月19日收治的213例患者及207名家属采用常规每日定时间进入ICU进行面对面探视(A组),2020年1月20日至3月31日收治的189例患者及165名家属因疫情停止探视(B组),2020年4月1日至7月31日收治的360例患者及360名家属采用基于5G网络技术支持的无接触视频探视模式(C组)。比较研究期间ICU环境空气质量、医院感染发生率、家属焦虑程度及满意度,使用明尼苏达工作满意度问卷对比评价医护人员的工作满意度情况。结果三种不同探视模式下医院感染发生率差异无统计学差异(χ^2=0.08,P=0.96),ICU环境空气质量合格率存在显著差异(χ^2=17.40,P<0.05),与常规探视比较,B、C组空气监测细菌数显著减少(F=197.58,P<0.05)。ICU患者家属是焦虑高发的群体(90.6%),不同探视模式下ICU患者的家属焦虑程度(Z=50.31,P<0.05)和满意度(F=13.89,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。不同探视模式下ICU医护人员对工作的满意度差异无统计学意义,C组医护人员的工作满意度得分[(93.17±6.13)分]最高。结论在新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控形势下,5G网络技术支持的无接触视频探视模式在维持空气质量、满足ICU患者及家属情感需求、提高医护人员工作满意度方面优势明显,值得其他ICU借鉴推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of contactless online video communication between patients and families supported by 5G network technology during the regular epidemic prevention and control period of COVID-19.Methods We selected 762 patients admitted to ICU from November 1,2019 to July 31,2020 and their 732 families as the study population.Among them,regular time-limited face to face visitation policy was implemented for 213 patients admitted from November 1,2019 to January 19,2020 and 207 families(group A),visitation was suspended due to the epidemic for 189 patients admitted from January 20 to March 31,2020 and 165 families(group B),and contactless online video visitation supported by 5G network technology was adopted in 360 patients admitted from April 1,2020 to July 31,2020 and 360 families(group C).We collected families’anxiety level and satisfaction on ICU work,and used Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire to evaluate job satisfaction of medical staff in the ICU.The air quality and the nosocomial infection status were monitored in ICU during research.Results There was no significant statistical difference in the nosocomial infection rate(χ^2=0.08,P=0.96),but ICU ambient air quality and the culture results of airborne bacteria was significantly reduced(χ^2=17.40,P<0.05)in 5G network online visitation period.Families of ICU patients developed a high incidence of anxiety(90.6%).The degree of anxiety in group C was the lowest when compared to group A and B(ZC-A=18.39,ZC-B=39.24,P<0.05).The satisfaction of ICU patients’families in group C was higher than group B(t=2.840,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ICU medical staff’s job satisfaction,while score of job satisfaction of ICU medical staff was the highest during 5G network online visitation period[(93.17±6.13)].Conclusion The contactless online video visitation supported by 5G network technology can obtain better outcomes during the regular epidemic prevention and control period of COVID-19.
