摘要
文章阐述了加强渔业科技平台建设的意义,并以中国水产科学研究院为例,总结了该院在平台建设中取得的进展,分析了科技平台在学科支撑、区域布局、条件建设、运行管理等方面存在的问题,从突出学科引领、聚焦发展重点、完善运行管理机制等方面提出了"十四五"中国水产科学研究院平台建设路径。
The significance of strengthening construction of fishery scientific platform was discussed in the paper.Taking the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences as an example,the progress in the construction of the science and technology platform was summarized.The main problems of these platforms in discipline support,regional layout,condition construction,operation and management were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward for strengthening the construction of science and technology platform of China Academy of Fishery Sciences in the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period,such as highlighting discipline guidance,focusing on key development points,and improving operation and management mechanism.
