摘要
柴胡桂枝汤原方出自于《伤寒杂病论》,为小柴胡汤及桂枝汤各用一半的剂量而成,是治疗太阳少阳并病之方,经后世医家临床运用及现代医学研究,已将本方灵活运用于各类疾病,均取得良好疗效。伍炳彩善用经方治疗各种疑难杂病,现选取验案3则并加以分析,浅述伍炳彩教授运用柴胡桂枝汤临证经验。
The Chaihu Guizhi decoction is derived from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.It contains Xiao Chaihu decoction and Guizhi decoction.Through the clinical application and modern medical research,the prescription has been applied flexibly to all kinds of diseases,and has achieved good results.Professor WU Bing-cai makes good use of the prescription to treat all kinds of difficult and complicated diseases.Now we select three cases and analyze them,then we can briefly describe Professor WU Bing-cai’s experience in using Chaihu Guizhi decoction.
