摘要
近来随着我国人口的老龄化以及百姓生活水平的提高,医疗资源供需不平衡的现象日益凸显,特别是病床资源的不足已成为全国乃至全球都面临的亟待解决的问题。因此如何优化病床资源的调度,提高病床使用效率,是一项很有意义的课题。论文提出了一种较为新颖的研究问题:带有临时床位的病床调度问题,该问题的特点在于综合考虑了固定床位和临时床位,根据两者自身的特点有区别地提高两种床位的使用效率,减少病床的成本和浪费。提出了一个拥有第一优先级目标函数和第二优先级目标函数的两阶段数学模型,运用了求解调度问题最为常见的遗传算法,通过十次的控制变量实验,得出了最终最合适的交叉率和变异率,并根据某医院调研的数据使用论文的模型和算法求出了比较合理的结果,证明了论文问题提出和求解的合理性和实用性。
Recently,with the aging of China's population and the improvement of people's living standards,the imbalance of supply and demand of medical resources has become increasingly prominent.In particular,the shortage of bed resources has be⁃come an urgent problem to be solved in the country and the world.Therefore,how to optimize the scheduling of bed resources and improve the efficiency of bed use is a very significant topic.This paper proposes a relatively new research problem:the problem of bed scheduling with temporary beds,which is characterized by comprehensive consideration of fixed bed and temporary bed,and differently the efficiency of use of the two beds is improved according to their own characteristics.The cost and waste of the bed is re⁃duced.A two-stage mathematical model with the first priority objective function and the second priority objective function is pro⁃posed.The most common genetic algorithm for solving scheduling problems is used.Through ten control variables experiments,the most suitable cross is obtained.Rate and mutation rate,and based on the data of a hospital survey,the paper uses the model and al⁃gorithm of this paper to obtain reasonable results,which proves the rationality and practicability of the proposed and solved prob⁃lems.
