摘要
依据临床表现,可将外阴硬化性苔藓归属于中医学的"阴痒"范畴,其病灶虽局限于外阴,但和五脏六腑、经络、气血均有密切联系,主要责之于肝、脾、肾三脏,而己亥年尤以脾虚为要。外阴硬化性苔藓病程缠绵,虚实错杂,治疗时需遵循"治外必本诸内"的原则,将内服与外治、整体与局部相结合进行施治。遵循上述原则,配合任师自制"玉带膏"(重楼、冰片、生大黄、黄连、芡实、盐益智仁)外用以补益脾肾、解毒除湿,其效弥彰。
According to clinical manifestations,vulva sclerosus lichen can be attributed to the category of"Yin itch"in Chinese medicine.Although its lesions are limited to the vulva,they are closely related to the internal organs,meridians,Qi and blood,and Liver,Spleen and Kidney are mainly responsible for the diaease.Spleen deficiency is especially important in the Jihai Year.Vulvar sclerosus lichen often has a lingering disease course,with mixed conditions of deficiency and excessiveness actually.The treatment should follow the principle of"external treatment must be based on the internal causes,and the treatment should be combined internally and externally,as well as the whole picture and local problem.By following the above principles and cooperating with Professor Ren,"Yudai Ointment"was created,in which Chonglou(Paris polyphylla),Bingpian(Borneol),Sheng Dahuang(Raw Rhubarb),Huanglian(Coptis),Qianshi(Gorgon fruit),Yan Yizhiren(Salted fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae)for external use,to nourish Spleen and Kidney,to detoxify and remove Dampness,with wonderful clinical efficacy.
