摘要
目的探讨膈肌功能恢复锻炼预防ICU谵妄效果评价。方法143例入住某三级甲等医院内科ICU患者为研究对象,按随机数字法分为试验组和对照组,试验组患者呼吸机辅助呼吸撤机后,除了内科ICU重症监测常规护理措施外,另加,由患者家属共同参与,对患者膈肌功能恢复锻炼;对照组患者呼吸机辅助呼吸撤机后,实施内科ICU重症监测常规护理措施;应用中文版CAM-ICU评估量表,评估两组患者ICU谵妄发生情况。结果对照组患者动脉血二氧化碳分压上升、缺氧例数、睡眠障碍例数、内环境紊乱例数高于试验组,ICU谵妄发生例数也高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家属共同参于患者膈肌功能恢复锻炼,能降低ICU谵妄发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of diaphragmatic function rehabilitation on the prevention of ICU delirium.Methods 143 cases of ICU patients in a three level of first-class hospital as the research object,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group patients with ventilator assisted breathing machine,in addition to the routine nursing department ICU severe monitoring measures,plus,participation by the families of patients,the patients with diaphragmatic function recovery exercise;control group patients with ventilator assisted breathing machine,the implementation of routine care medicine ICU intensive monitoring measures;application Chinese version of CAM-ICU assessment scale to assess the occurrence of two groups of patients with delirium in ICU.Results The arterial carbon dioxide pressure increased,the number of anoxia cases,the number of sleep disorders and the number of internal environment disorders in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group.The number of ICU delirium cases was also higher than that in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family members participate in the recovery of the diaphragmatic function can reduce the incidence of ICU delirium.
