摘要
目的观察手术室护理指南用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术中的效果。方法选择2017年7月至2019年2月于我院行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的76例患者,在围手术期,分为38例常规护理(传统组),38例为系统性护理干预(试验组),对比两组手术恢复情况、并发症发生率。结果在手术时间、肛门排气与住院时间,术中出血量术后24 h VAS评分指标的比较上,试验组均优于传统组(P<0.05);在术后并发症发生率比较上,试验组低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论针对接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术患者,在手术室护理指南引导下实施系统性护理干预,可以促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of operating room nursing guidelines for laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Seventy-six patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from July 2017 to February 2019 were selected.During the perioperative period,38 patients were divided into conventional nursing(traditional group)and 38 patients into systematic nursing intervention(experimental group).The surgical recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was superior to the traditional group(P<0.05)in terms of operative time,anal exhaust,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and 24 h VAS scores.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,systematic nursing intervention under the guidance of operating room nursing guidelines can promote postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
