摘要
目的深入研究舒适护理在心律失常患者护理中的应用价值。方法抽取2017年3月至2018年3月到我院进行心律失常治疗的80例患者作为本次的研究对象,平均分为两个小组,各40例患者。对照组心律失常患者实施一般护理,观察组心律失常患者实施舒适护理,比较两组护理满意度、抑郁焦虑评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组心律失常患者的护理满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组患者(75.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组心律失常患者的抑郁、焦虑评分显著低于对照组患者,生活质量评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论心律失常患者实施舒适护理能够有效地缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the application value of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with arrhythmia.Methods A sample of 80 patients who came to our hospital for arrhythmia treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups,each with 40 patients.Patients with arrhythmia in the control group were given general nursing care,and patients in the observation group with arrhythmia were given comfort nursing care.The two groups were compared with care satisfaction,depression and anxiety score,and quality of life score.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients with arrhythmia in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotions of patients with arrhythmia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for patients with arrhythmia can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms,improve their mental state,and improve their quality of life.
